Forum Speakers :

Professor Dr. Jomo Kwame Sundaram, the Tun Hussein Onn Chair in the Institute of Strategic and International Studies (ISIS), he has been Assistant Director General and Coordinator for Economic and Social Development, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations since 2012. He received Wassily Leontief Prize for Advancing the Frontiers of Economic Thought. He was Professor of Economics at University of Malaya until 2004.

Tan Sri Dato' Mohd Sheriff Bin Mohd Kassim, former Secretary General of Ministry of Finance, former Managing Director of Khazanah Nasional Berhad. He was Director General of the Economic Planning Unit of the Prime Minister's Department and former Chairman of PLUS Expressways Berhad.

Dr. Rosli Yaakop, former Deputy Manager at Bank Negara Malaysia, former Senior Vice President of Global Hajj and Umrah Corporation (Labuan) Limited, previously part-time lecturer on financial markets and institutions at the University of Malaya.

Dr. Dzulkefly Ahmad, former Member of Parliament for Kuala Selangor, Strategy Director of Parti Amanah Malaysia.

Moderator : YB Charles Santiago, Member of Parliament for Klang, Chairperson of ASEAN Parliamentarian for Human Rights, Malaysian economist.

Organiser : Monitoring Sustainability Globalisation, a research based advocacy organization focusing on trade, labour and water issues in the country and the region. The organization provides research and advocacy support to trade unions, labor groups in the region, besides working with parliamentarians, media, activists and policy makers. MSN is in the International Organizing Committee of the Asia-Europe Peoples' Forum (AEPF).
